Event: Multifaith Prayer Circle During Inauguration
Date: January 20, 2025 (Martin Luther King Jr. Day)
Time: To be confirmed (check registration link for details)
Location: Virtual (Zoom)
Description:
As the 47th U.S. president is inaugurated, join a multifaith prayer circle to honor what we are feeling as we face the next four years. This gathering will remind us that we are not alone. Together, we will recommit to taking courageous action in solidarity with Palestinians, and we will show up for one another, fighting for collective safety and liberation for all.
The event is inspired by Martin Luther King Jr.’s words:
"We are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly."
